How Does It Work?

AnaJet Digital Apparel Printer is simple and easy to learn. Here is how the printing process works.

1. Design or load graphics in your
favorite PC graphics program, such as
PhotoShop, PhotShop Elements or CorelDraw.
2. Click Print button in the
graphics program.
3. Load the shirt on the Print Table.
4. Press the PRINT key on
the Control Panel.
5. The printer will print the graphic in about one minute.
Remove the shirt.
6. Heat treat the shirt for 35 seconds
at 356 degrees F with a heat press.
The actual operation can be very efficient.
You can send multiple copy prints from
the computer. As soon as a shirt is removed,
you can load the next shirt, and
press the PRINT key. You can heat treat
and fold one shirt, while the next one is
being printed. Depending on the operator efficiency
and size of graphics, one can print about
30 to 40 shirts per hour.
